So what is SERVE SUNDAY?
We believe wholeheartedly that we’ve been called to move from our seats to the streets—to make a real difference in our surrounding community and throughout the city of San Antonio. One of the most powerful ways we live this out is through our Serve Sunday projects.
Every 5th Sunday throughout the year, we intentionally step outside the walls of our church to serve our city. From home makeovers and food distributions to block parties, community gardens, and street-wide yard cleanups—we show up to love and serve like Jesus. Instead of our usual service indoors, we mobilize the entire church to be the church out in the community. These are some of our absolute favorite Sundays of the year!

UPCOMING SERVE SUNDAY: CHURCH EDITION
We’re excited to roll up our sleeves and make a difference together! On Sunday, March 1st, our entire congregation will be heading out to Loma Park Elementary School for a special School Edition of Serve Sunday.
We will be tackling projects like repainting rails, landscaping, and refreshing the teachers’ lounge.
This is an all-hands-on-deck day, perfect for every age and ability, with opportunities to serve in multiple areas. We’ll have 50–75+ volunteers working side-by-side to bless their church and community.

🕗 Time: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
🍴 Breakfast provided for all volunteers
👟 What to Wear: Close-toed shoes, work clothes, gloves, sunscreen
⚠️ Note: There will be no in-person services at Mosaic on this day!
